Your First Visit

Before your first visit, please gather any previous veterinary or adoption records you have. Our veterinarians and veterinary staff need this information to create an accurate medical history and the best treatment plan for your pet.

When you visit our animal hospital, please bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash. This will prevent any incidents with other animals that may be in the lobby area. After checking in with the receptionist, a staff member will escort you and your pet to an exam room, where you will be asked to fill out the appropriate forms and a health questionnaire.

When the veterinarian examines your pet, he will take time to listen and ask questions so he can thoroughly understand your concerns. He will perform a complete exam and will ask you about your pet’s habits and activities.
